I'm reaching out to provide an update regarding some recent changes that may affect your prescriptions. I understand there's been some uncertainty, and I want to keep you informed.

We've experienced some unexpected shifts in our pharmacy network, impacting how we fulfill prescriptions. Initially, we shifted GLP-1 compounding to Empower Pharmacy due to FDA directives. However, Empower has since had some changes, including longer processing times and restrictions on shipping certain medications to Colorado and Washington.

Specifically, Empower is no longer shipping compounded testosterone to patients in Colorado and Washington because of new regulations. These prescriptions are now being handled by Wells Pharmacy. Also, Empower's processing times have increased to 7-10 days, causing some delays. We moved GLP orders to Olympia Pharmacy as a temporary solution. We're actively working to partner with Texas Star Pharmacy for GLP medications to keep costs reasonable for you as the patient.

To ensure you stay on schedule, I've secured an in-office supply of testosterone, tirzepatide, and semaglutide at no extra cost. Due to the increased volume at compounding pharmacies for GLP medications, please give us at least two weeks' notice for refills.

I apologize for any disruptions and the lack of communication from Empower Pharmacy. I was only recently made aware of these changes and am now working closely with Wells Pharmacy and Texas Star to ensure better communication and prevent future issues. I'm also stocking up on additional supplies to minimize any further problems.
